【大模型初创公司Naive AI估值达14亿美元】据知情人士透露，一家今年2月创立、处于保密运营状态的AI模型初创公司，在完成三轮融资合计 4 亿美元后，目前估值已超 14 亿美元，投资方包括腾讯。这名知情人士称，Naive AI最早将于本月推出首款大语言模型，以新入局者的身份，投身激烈的大模型赛道竞争。该初创企业计划以开源权重模型的形式发布产品，与深度求索、月之暗面的同类产品类似，用户可免费下载并按需进行二次定制。据知情人士透露，Naive AI的投资方包括腾讯、IDG资本、经纬创投以及红杉。知情人士称，公司首轮融资1亿美元，第二轮融资1.8亿美元，近期完成第三轮融资1.2亿美元，投后估值达14.2亿美元。知情人士表示，Naive AI没有选择成本高昂的从零预训练路线，而是基于一款国内已有的开源权重模型来搭建自家同名大模型Naive。目前尚无法确认其具体采用哪一款基座模型。
