金吾财讯 | 据外媒报道，英国石油公司（BP）宣布，已达成协议将其在西澳大利亚近海布劳斯天然气项目中5%的权益出售给日本大阪燃气公司。交易完成后，BP在该项目中的工作权益降至34.33%，具体财务条款未予披露。据悉，Browse项目是澳大利亚最大的未开发天然气资源，已被规划为由伍德赛德能源（Woodside Energy）运营的西北大陆架液化天然气（LNG）设施的补充气源。目前该项目正持续推进前端工程设计以及获得必要的环境审批。
该项目预计未来年产LNG约1100万吨。大阪燃气表示，交易完成后，公司每年将通过持有的股份获得约55万吨的LNG供应，进一步巩固其能源进口保障。
