智通财经APP获悉，天数智芯(09903)早盘涨超8%。截至发稿，涨6.55%，报125.3港元，成交额1.59亿港元。
消息面上，9月15日，天数智芯完成资本化发行，按每1股现有股份获配2股新股的比例向全体股东配发新股。除权后股价按比例下调至原股价的三分之一，股东持股市值保持不变。此举有望降低每手交易门槛、提升注册资本，改善流动性并增强资本运作弹性。
值得注意的是，9月3日，上海市数据局、上海市通信管理局公布2026年第一批算力生态合作伙伴名单，共有38家单位入选，其中算力供给方12家，天数智芯位列其中。9月7日，恒生科技指数成份股调整结果正式生效，天数智芯成为该指数首个且目前唯一的GPU赛道成分股。
