【马斯克 Terafab 芯片厂未投产即陷商标纠纷】据报道，马斯克旗下特斯拉、SpaceX及xAI联合打造的Terafab芯片工厂，尚未生产一颗芯片便遭遇商标纠纷。特斯拉和SpaceX已于近日向奥斯汀联邦法院提起诉讼，请求法官裁定其Terafab芯片工厂名称不构成商标侵权。 这场纠纷的源头发生在5月。伊利诺伊州纳米制造设备公司Tera-Print当时向SpaceX和特斯拉发出停止侵权函，要求其停止使用Terafab名称。双方曾于9月2日进行和解谈判，特斯拉也提出了和解方案。但Tera-Print称，特斯拉在表达继续谈判意愿的同时，却“抢先向法院提起诉讼”。 Tera-Print表示将坚决捍卫自身商标权。目前案件已提交至奥斯汀联邦法院。
