消息面上，9月16日晚，FORTIOR公布，董事会认为公司2026年限制性股票激励计划规定的授予条件已经成就，同意确定以9月16日为首次授予日，以100元/股的授予价格，授予301名激励对象197万股限制性股票。浙商证券指出，本次激励深度绑定核心业务与技术骨干，且业绩考核采取营收增速与新产品收入双指标，彰显公司新业务发展信心。
该公司今年上半年实现营业收入5.61亿元，同比增长49.56%，归母净利润1.99亿元，同比增长70.98%。其中工业领域收入同比增长175%，主要受益于AI服务器散热风扇需求增长，汽车电子收入同比增长64.54%。华泰证券认为，展望下半年，工业、汽车等领域需求有望保持高景气，且公司积极加强上游产能保障布局，将共同推动经营业绩进一步较快增长。
