9月18日金融一线消息，沪农商行公告，经中国人民银行《准予行政许可决定书》（银许准予决字〔2026〕第69号）批准，上海农村商业银行股份有限公司近日在全国银行间债券市场成功发行“上海农村商业银行股份有限公司2026年绿色金融债券（第一期）”（以下简称“本期债券”），并在中央国债登记结算有限责任公司完成债券的登记、托管。

　　本期债券于2026年9月16日簿记建档，并于2026年9月18日在全国银行间债券市场发行完毕，发行规模人民币40亿元，期限3年。按利率类型分为两个品种，品种一为固定利率债券，发行规模人民币30亿元，票面利率1.55%；品种二为浮动利率债券，发行规模10亿元，票面利率挂钩1年期LPR下浮140bps，首期票面利率1.60%。

　　本期债券的募集资金将依据适用法律和监管部门的批准，用于《绿色金融支持项目目录（2025年版）》规定的绿色产业项目。
