智通财经APP讯，东兴证券(601198.SH)发布公告，因公司被中金公司吸收合并，本次交易将导致公司不再具有独立主体资格并被注销，属于《上海证券交易所股票上市规则(2026年4月修订)》第9.7.1条第一款第(六)项规定的“公司因新设合并或者吸收合并，不再具有独立主体资格并被注销”的情形，公司已于2026年9月18日向上海证券交易所提交公司A股股票主动终止上市的申请。
