消息面上，中国软件国际宣布，拟以9.44亿元现金收购经纬股份29.68%的股份，成为其控股股东。接近中软国际的相关人士对财闻透露，此次收购意在实现双平台发展，将经纬股份定位为“AI+电力”领域的电算协同环节，拓展光储充业务与信创相关业务。
中软国际表示，此次收购是其“一体两翼”战略下拓展电力能源板块的重要布局。公司认为，目标公司在电力能源领域具备技术、产品、行业资质、专业团队及客户资源，有助于集团进一步拓展电力能源市场，并切入“光储充”等相关业务。
