First Financial (THFF) said late Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer Rodger McHargue will retire effective Dec. 31.
The company said it appointed Paul Nungester, 52, to succeed him effective Jan. 1, 2027.
Nungester joined First Financial in August and currently serves as senior vice president and director of finance, the company said.
