Shanghai Top Numerical Control Technology's (HKG:7688) Chief Financial Officer Zhang Muqing resigned effective Friday to devote more time to his personal development.
The high-end intelligent manufacturing equipment company, on the same day, named Feng Bingzhang as its new CFO, a same-day bourse filing revealed.
Feng was previously the senior finance manager of ZG Group (HKG:6676).
