智通财经APP获悉，美图公司(01357)涨超5%。消息面上，美图公司发布公告称，董事会进一步获吴先生告知，其于2026年9月15日于香港联合交易所有限公司公开市场以每股平均价 3.899港元购入本公司100万股股份(本次增持事项)。于本次增持事项后，吴先生于本公司的合计权益由5.95亿股股份增加至5.96亿股股份，占本公司已发行股本的比例由约12.97%上升至约12.99%。自2018年5月10日起，吴先生已累计购买658万股股份。
此外，对于近日论坛提及的减持传闻，为避免公众产生任何潜在误解，本公司谨作出以下澄清。本公司董事会(董事会)获吴先生告知，吴先生从未出售本公司任何股份(股份)，亦无任何计划或意向出售任何股份或以其他方式减持其所持本公司的股份。吴先生进一步向董事会重申其认为本公司的业务基本面保持强劲，且鉴于本公司产品创新持续提速及具备长期增长潜力，其不排除于适当时候进一步增持本公司股份。
