【天鹅股份：涉迪尔公司专利诉讼终审裁定驳回上诉】天鹅股份公告称，迪尔公司此前起诉公司及新疆天鹅侵害专利权，将索赔金额由1000万元变更为2000万元，一审乌鲁木齐中院裁定驳回迪尔公司起诉，迪尔公司不服上诉至最高人民法院。近日公司收到最高人民法院终审裁定，因涉案专利权已被宣告全部无效，一审裁定无明显不当，驳回上诉、维持原裁定。本次裁定不会对公司日常生产经营及损益产生负面影响。
