【协鑫能科：拟申报发行基础设施公募REITs】协鑫能科公告称，公司拟申报发行基础设施公募REITs，该事项尚需提交公司股东会审议，不构成关联交易及重大资产重组，目前处于申报阶段，后续需经国家发改委、中国证监会及深交所等监管机构审核同意。本次拟入池底层资产为泗洪、兴化两个风电项目，总装机容量合计125MW，决算总投资合计约11.54亿元，均已于2020年底前全容量并网，净回收资金拟用于建德抽水蓄能项目等在建及新建项目投资。
