【A股“净壳股”揭秘 11股上榜】受市场风格等多方面因素影响，今年壳资源股板块表现较差，重组指数年内下跌超3%，壳资源指数下跌超6%。不过，押中重组股获得超额收益的概率较高。一般而言，壳资源股通常是指那些市值较低、主营业务不突出、财务状况不佳的上市公司。数据宝统计出资产负债率较低、营收较少、半年报亏损的公司，这类个股重组概率较高，主要条件包括：1.市值在30亿元以下；2.上半年营收低于2亿元且亏损；3.半年报资产负债率低于20%。剔除双创以及北交所股票后合计有11只个股上榜。从市值角度来看，*ST联翔、华斯股份、永悦科技、ST嘉应等股票市值均不足20亿元。资产负债率方面，*ST春天、*ST帅电、*ST网达、*ST天箭等5只股票半年报负债率均不足10%。
