金吾财讯 | 据港交所9月17日披露，本末动力通过港交所上市聆讯，中信证券为独家保荐人。公司是一家以直驱技术为核心能力的机器人技术公司。主要在中国从事机器人动力模组的销售，其次是机器人的销售。公司在以下行业中运营：(i)中国消费机器人动力模组行业，属于占中国机器人动力模组行业26.3%的细分市场；及(ii)中国轮足及中国双轮足机器人行业，属于占中国机器人行业不到1.0%的细分市场。财务方面，2023年至2025年以及2026年上半年分别录得收入1753.8万元、7980.2万元、2.82亿元以及2.00亿元；同期对应亏损7558.5万元、9373.5万元、8.81亿元以及3.91亿元。股权方面，张笛有权在本公司股东大会上行使总计约41.30%的表决权。公司拟将集资所得用于提升在关键机器人技术方面的研发能力；深化与行业伙伴的合作并扩大销售网络；改善生产能力及效率；营运资金及一般企业用途。
