智通财经APP获悉，轩竹生物-B(02575)午后拉升逾20%。消息面上，轩竹生物-B发布公告，集团与泰国制药公司Innobic (Asia) Co., Ltd(“Innobic(亚洲)”)及ZaoAn International Trading Co., Ltd(“早安国际”)就集团的吡洛西利片(“目标产品”)签署三方商业协议(“该协议”)，协议期限至2036年6月30日届满。
根据该协议，集团向Innobic(亚洲)及早安国际共同授予目标产品于泰国区域(“目标区域”)内的独家商业化权利，该等商业化权利包括在目标区域内进口、推广、营销、要约销售、销售及经销目标产品的权利。Innobic(亚洲)将作为经销商，负责目标产品于目标区域的药品注册、本地市场行销及商业化运营。根据该协议，目标产品的上市许可将以Innobic(亚洲)的名义持有。
此次战略合作落地于药品检查合作计划(PIC/S)核心成员国之一的泰国，借助国际合作伙伴拓展海外市场，将持续扩大公司产品在前景广阔的东南亚市场中的影响力，为公司带来经济效益，提升公司的品牌价值。
