智通财经APP获悉，华宝国际(00336)午后升逾 15%。消息面上，7月底，国家烟草专卖局正式发布《加热卷烟》强制性国家标准征求意见稿，标准拟于正式发布6个月后实施。兴业证券指出，意见稿首次明确烟支、烟具和气溶胶具体要求，国内HNB监管框架进一步成型。国内HNB仍将围绕中烟体系及烟草材料供应链开展，有利于具备中烟客户资源、全系列产品能力和先发验证优势供应商。
国联民生证券指出，2026年作为公司经营拐点年，国内业务下行或趋于尾声，海外订单逐步兑现。海外新型烟草景气度延续，国内加热卷烟强制性国家标准已结束公示进入标准制定期，中长期利好具备技术储备与合规经验的头部企业。公司持续提升HNB“全面解决方案能力”维持“推荐”评级。
