智通财经APP获悉，和谐汽车(03836)盘中跌近3%，股价较3月16日1.46港元高点累计跌超六成。截至发稿，跌2.78%，报0.525港元，成交量显著收窄。
消息面上，近日，乘联分会秘书长崔东树表示，上半年中国汽车行业正处于深度转型与激烈的存量竞争中。国内车企收入虽然保持增长，但增速明显放缓，与国际巨头的规模差距依然存在；同时，产业链利润高度向上游电池龙头集中，而下游经销商则面临严重的生存危机。受价格战及高库存影响，全行业的资金链和供应链占款问题日益凸显，系统性风险正在加大。
需要关注的是，中国汽车流通协会披露统计数据显示，8月汽车经销商库存预警指数为62.3%，同比上升5.3个百分点，环比上升1.2个百分点，连续位于50%荣枯线之上。行业内厂家持续压库、终端客流下滑，经销商资金链持续紧绷。据和谐汽车中季报披露，于2026年上半年，集团录得强劲的经营业绩，总销量达到51,674辆。中国香港及海外市场成为主要增长动力，销量达40,183辆，占总销量的77.8%，而中国内地市场销量减少至11,491辆，占总销量的22.2%。
