金吾财讯 | 法拉利（RACE）宣布与日本乐天集团（Rakuten Group）达成战略合作协议，将于2027年1月1日正式生效。据悉，该协议由法拉利集团的全资意大利子公司法拉利股份公司（Ferrari SpA）和总部位于日本的乐天集团株式会社签订。不过，法拉利公司在公告中暂未披露财务条款或有关合作性质的具体细节。与此同时，法拉利方面正持续推进其预计截至2030年总额约35亿欧元的多年期股票回购计划。截至2026年9月11日，法拉利自今年1月启动回购计划以来已累计回购约178万股，总对价达5.38亿欧元；目前第三期最高2.5亿欧元的单期回购计划正在有序实施中。
