建议进行的分拆(建议分拆)将涉及证券投资基金于上交所独立上市，并以上海香港新世界大厦(资产)，一项位于上海市黄浦区淮海中路 300 号的综合用途物业(由上海 K11 Art Mall 购物艺术中心及上海 K11 ATELIER 新世界大厦所构成)，作为证券投资基金的底层资产。于本公告日期，资产由本公司透过上海新世界淮海物业发展有限公司(Shanghai New World Huaihai Property Development Co., Ltd.*)间接全资拥有。
