大河财立方消息，9月17日，河南省财政厅公告，经河南省人民政府同意，决定发行2026年河南省政府一般债券 （十二期）、专项债券 （六十四至七十四期）。

本批债券拟发行总额为560.04亿元，品种为记账式固定利率附息债券。

其中：7年期新增一般债券计划发行78.46亿元；5年期、7年期、10年期、15年期、20年期、30年期新增专项债券分别计划发行27.89亿元、33.39亿元、8.61亿元、22.38亿元、92.8亿元、195.05亿元；30年期再融资专项债券计划发行101.46亿元。

本批债券9月23日招标，9月 24日开始计息。

募资资金用于方面：

2026年河南省政府一般债券（十二期）和2026年河南省政府专项债券（六十六至七十三期）用于以下项目：
