Caesars Entertainment (CZR) and Fertitta Entertainment have received a second request for more information from the US Federal Trade Commission related to the agency's review of the company's acquisition by Fertitta Entertainment, Caesars said in Thursday filing with the SEC.

FTC's second request extends the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 by 30 days until both the companies have complied with the request for additional information, Caesars said.

The acquisition remains subject to the expiration or termination of the waiting period under the HSR act and satisfaction of other closing conditions, according to the filing.
