【化工品价格高位运行 产业链“冷热不均”】9月以来，国内化工市场多个品类价格明显上涨，但涨势背后的成本传导并不顺畅，产业链上下游呈现“冷热不均”的特征。 据生意社监测，截至9月17日，炭黑基准价报12778.57元/吨，较9月初上涨39.77%，创历史新高；丙烷价格9月上旬创出近十年新高，丙烯、聚丙烯粉料先后突破1万元/吨关口，聚羧酸减水剂单体等创出年内新高。 对此，多家能源化工企业在受访时表示：“产业链靠近原油上游的品种表现偏强，但下游产品受终端需求、原料成本等因素影响表现偏弱。”
