【广电总局：我们的态度很明确，真人剧是精品创作主力，要大力扶持，“AI剧发展越快，越要把好内容关”】9月17日，国务院新闻办公室举行“开局起步‘十五五’”系列主题新闻发布会，国家广播电视总局网络视听节目管理司司长王小亮表示，今年前8个月，上线微短剧共43万部，是去年全年的13倍，其中AI剧占比超过9成，这主要是人工智能技术在微短剧创作中得到广泛应用。AI技术的应用为微短剧创新表达、降本增效打开了新的空间，同时也带来了内容质量、权益保护等新挑战。我们的态度很明确，真人剧是精品创作的主力，要大力扶持。AI剧发展很快、占比很高，我们坚持鼓励创新与守住底线并重，要求AI剧打上内容标注，推动平台严守肖像、声音授权底线，做到全流程把关。归根结底，AI是工具，人是创作的主体。AI剧发展越快，越要把好内容关。#广电总局称要大力扶持真人剧#
