【地方补贴叠加车企促销，释放汽车消费潜能】为扩大汽车消费，9月份以来，多地启动了新一轮汽车消费补贴活动。例如，青岛市商务局发布的《“2026礼惠金秋”新车消费补贴活动实施细则》显示，自2026年9月10日起开展“2026礼惠金秋”新车消费补贴活动，市级财政安排资金5000万元，资金额度用完即为活动结束；据漳州市商务局官网披露，9月11日至12月31日，该市开展2026年新一轮汽车促消费补贴活动，统筹620万元财政资金发放补贴名额，先到先得，用完即止；南京市商务局在微信公众号发布的消息显示，9月16日至12月31日，南京市组织各区开展第二轮汽车购新促消费活动。本轮地方推出的汽车消费补贴活动，有的只针对新车购置，并且按照新能源汽车、燃油汽车两个类别确定补贴标准；有的还将二手车购置纳入补贴范围，针对新车、二手车分别设置了不同档位的补贴标准。
