本报呼伦贝尔9月17日电 （记者 李新军 通讯员 赵秀丽）日前，为期62天的暑运保障工作圆满收官。呼伦贝尔机场暑运累计保障旅客127万余人次、进出港行李62.04万件，同比分别增长5.33%、4.75%。
暑运期间，呼伦贝尔机场牢牢守住安全底线，紧盯机坪装卸、航班配载等高风险环节，开展隐患排查与外包单位专项整治，累计整改隐患29项，识别新增危险源15项，实现暑运安全“零事故”。
服务保障持续优化，细化特殊旅客闭环服务，开通急客保障通道，妥善处置航班延误、备降等突发状况。依托案例复盘、实操培训，行李类投诉同比下降62.5%，旅客出行体验持续改善。同时积极拓展航司升舱代理业务，拓宽非航业务增收渠道。
下一步，呼伦贝尔机场将复盘暑运短板，固化实战经验，把高峰保障能力转化为长效管理效能，持续做好安全与服务保障，护航旅客平安出行。
