XPeng (HKG:9868) plans to license its electric vehicle technology to foreign automakers and software suppliers to diversify revenue beyond car sales, Reuters reported Thursday, citing two people familiar with the matter.
The offerings may include its advanced-driver assistance software, electrical and electronic architecture, cockpit systems, and Turing AI chips, the report said.
The company is also exploring licensing opportunities across the robotaxi, robotics, and physical AI sectors, according to the report.
XPeng did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
