新浪科技讯 9月18日下午消息，在今日举办的2026科技创变者大会上，谈及机器人在物流场景的落地，星动纪元政企总经理邵剑飞表示，目前客户引入机器人主要出于三点考量：招工用工难、管理成本逐年增加、应用机器人后自动化水平及在线管理能力提升。
邵剑飞坦言，机器人当前真实能力还没有达到熟练工种工作人员的水平，“当然已经很接近了，我们也坚信在很短时间内能达到甚至超越人的水平”。他表示，客户评估时会看作业效率、采购成本和能否规模化部署，但“一下上来300个显然不太现实”。他同时表示，产品在60-70分时部分客户就愿意给时间，但目前距离搭建几百人规模的运营中心部署仍有差距。
