智通财经APP讯，派格生物医药-B(02565)发布公告，由于公司与毕马威会计师事务所(毕马威)未能就截至2026年12月31日止年度的核数费用达成共识，经董事会审计委员会推荐，公司建议解聘毕马威作为公司截至2026年12月31日止年度的核数师并委任容诚(香港)会计师事务所有限公司(容诚香港)为公司截至2026年12月31日止年度的新任核数师，以填补建议解聘后产生的临时空缺，并任职直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。建议更换核数师须待(其中包括)公司将召开的临时股东大会通过相关决议案后，方可作实。
