Guangdong Advertising (SHE:002400) subsidiary Qianhai Investment will invest 40 million yuan for a 4.26% stake as a limited partner in the L Catterton (Guangzhou) Consumer Equity Investment Fund.
The fund, with a total scale of 940.0 million yuan, targets consumer sectors, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of Guangdong Advertising closed 2% higher Thursday.
