【宏源药业：6527.51万股限售股将上市流通】宏源药业公告称，本次上市流通的限售股为公司首次公开发行前已发行股份，原锁定期36个月，因上市后20个交易日收盘价连续低于发行价，锁定期自动延长6个月，合计42个月。本次解除限售股份数量为1.82亿股，因尹国平、阎晓辉、廖胜如担任公司董事/高管，任职期间每年转让股份不超过所持股份的25%，本次实际可上市流通股份数量为6527.51万股。本次解除限售股份不存在质押、冻结情形。
