两家企业表示将配合监管机构开展工作

　　凯撒娱乐与费蒂塔娱乐于周四表态，愿意配合联邦贸易委员会，提交监管机构索要的补充信息与书面文件材料。

　　亿万富翁蒂尔曼・费蒂塔在今年 5 月达成收购凯撒娱乐的协议，之后监管机构发出本次资料调取通知。该收购方案向股东给出每股 31 美元的收购价，同时承接这家赌场企业约 119 亿美元的未偿还债务。

　　本次交易完成后，凯撒娱乐旗下 50 余家度假村将归入费蒂塔的商业版图。费蒂塔目前已经拥有金块赌场连锁品牌以及其他酒店博彩业务，还手握餐饮企业兰德里餐饮集团，同时是 NBA 休斯顿火箭队的所有者。

　　凯撒娱乐周四向美国证券交易委员会提交另一份文件披露，杰西・林恩与泰德・帕帕波斯托鲁决定辞去公司董事职务。随着二人离职，伊坎集团也放弃了提名继任董事的权利。
