Burford Capital (BUR) said late Thursday it closed its $300 million debt issuance and will use the capital, along with $100 million of cash in hand, to retire the $400 million April 2028 debt maturity in full next week.
This will reduce the company's total debt outstanding by $100 million, according to a statement.
