9月17日，重庆九龙坡区联动成都新都区举行第四届“新龙”质量创新成果发布暨质量合作互助活动，两地联合发布成渝首份氢能质量基础设施合规指引，填补区域氢能产业质量规范空白，为成渝氢能产业规模化、标准化发展明确合规路径。
本次活动由我市九龙坡区政府和成都市新都区政府共同主办，九龙坡区市场监管局、新都区市场监管局承办，吸引两地园区、百余家产业链企业参与。活动集中展示优质质量创新成果、交流一线QC提质案例，并开展氢能产业专利导航分析，从技术、工艺、标准、知识产权多个维度，助力成渝先进制造业与氢能产业降本提效。
