因潜山市中心城区南片区积涝整治及排水管网改造工程二标段工程总承包（EPC）项目的建设需要，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第39条规定，决定对滨河路（皖潜大道－潜阳路段）实施交通管制，现将相关事项通告如下：
一、交通管制路
线滨河路（皖潜大道－潜阳路段）全路段。
二、交通管制时间
2026年9月30日—2027年3月30日。
三、交通管制措施和绕行方案
工程施工期间，对滨河路（皖潜大道－潜阳路段）段实行分时分段全封闭施工，机动车禁止通行，非机动车和行人可从围挡外预留路面和人行道通行。
请过往车辆驾驶人、行人自觉遵守交通安全法律法规，确保交通安全。
