ChainCatcher 消息，9 月 23 日，据 Bitcoin Treasuries 报道，美国总统特朗普最新道德申报文件（OGE Form 278-T）显示，其名下账户于 7 月 24 日及 27 日分别买入比特币财库公司 Strategy Inc.（MSTR）股票，金额区间分别为 1,001 至 15,000 美元及 50,001 至 100,000 美元。报道称，买入时点恰逢 MSTR 处于 2026 年内低位，自 7 月 24 日至今该股累计上涨约 83%。
白宫表示，上述持仓由第三方机构以全权委托方式管理，特朗普本人并不参与交易决策，相关持仓以其受益人身份进行披露。此前其账户亦曾多次买卖 Strategy 股票，6 月曾合计出售 16,002 至 65,000 美元仓位，本次申报新增的两笔买单为 7 月窗口期内的新增交易记录。
