Ramsay Health Care Lifts CEO Maximum LTI Opportunity

Ramsay Health Care (ASX:RHC) has raised Group Chief Executive Natalie Davis' maximum long-term incentive (LTI) opportunity to 170% of fixed annual remuneration (FAR) from 150%, effective fiscal 2027, following a periodic review, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The FAR remains unchanged at AU$1.8 million, while the short-term incentive remains unchanged at 100% of FAR at target and 150% at maximum, per the filing.
The LTI will continue to be provided through performance rights, subject to vesting conditions and shareholder approval, while the existing 12-month restraint provision remains unchanged, the filing added.
