金吾财讯 | 英国竞争与市场管理局（CMA）提出监管要求，拟迫使谷歌（GOOG）在安卓设备、Chrome浏览器等核心入口展示搜索服务选择界面，降低用户切换默认搜索引擎的门槛，以此促进搜索市场竞争。CMA正研究在选择界面中将ChatGPT、谷歌Gemini、微软（MSFT）Copilot、Claude、Perplexity等生成式AI服务，同传统搜索引擎一并向用户展示，该事项尚未出台最终决议。CMA已于2025年认定谷歌在通用搜索服务具备“战略市场地位”。除搜索选择界面外，监管机构还要求谷歌提升搜索排序透明度与公平性，同时支持用户将搜索数据迁移至合规第三方平台。参考欧盟《数字市场法》，谷歌目前已在欧洲经济区为桌面、iOS版Chrome部署搜索选择界面。
