消息面上，近日，工业和信息化部办公厅印发关于开展人工智能应用服务商培育专项行动的通知，明确提出“鼓励服务商搭建前沿部署工程师(FDE)团队，扎根用户现场，保障场景落地”。值得一提的是，这是FDE模式首次出现在国家级人工智能产业政策文件中，释放出强烈信号：AI产业重心正从技术攻关转向应用落地，场景落地质量与效率，或将决定“人工智能+”战略能否走深走实。
据了解，FDE是一套面向教育科研场景AI落地的完整工程化交付体系，作为深耕高校与科研场景的知识科技公司，卓越睿新是FDE模式的早期实践者，公司已建立系统化FDE落地方法论。国证国际指出，卓越睿新2026年上半年AI知识资产建设收入2.9亿元、占总收入89.7%、同比增加17.0%，涵盖知识图谱、数字化资源及物理AI虚拟实验三条产品线，其中知识图谱作为核心增长引擎，占总收入比重由54.7%提升至59.0%、收入同比增加28.4%。
