金吾财讯 | 诺和诺德（NVO）公布Ⅲ期临床试验结果，其在研每周一次肥胖症疗法CagriSema（cagrilintide和semaglutide），对比竞争对手礼来（LLY）每周注射剂Zepbound（tirzepatide）5mg剂量，取得更佳减重效果。REIMAGINE 5试验入组2型糖尿病成人患者，第60周数据显示，CagriSema 1mg/1mg预估平均减重12.4%，Zepbound组减重9.1%；CagriSema降低HbA1c的效果同样达到对Zepbound的非劣效标准。在针对超重、肥胖患者的REDEFINE 9试验中，CagriSema组减重21%，安慰剂组减重2%，该项研究未设置Zepbound对照。本次测试使用的5mg为Zepbound较低剂量，该药剂量区间2.5mg-15mg。tirzepatide还由礼来以Mounjaro商品名用于2型糖尿病治疗，剂量范围相同。
