【Stifel维持甲骨文“买入”评级，Project Jupiter数据中心建设进度升至26%】Stifel在甲骨文新墨西哥州Project Jupiter数据中心项目取得进展后，维持公司“买入”评级。甲骨文云基础设施副总裁Mahesh Thiagarajan表示，该项目目前已完成26%，较7月披露的进度提高17个百分点。不过，燃料电池微电网站点目前仅完成约10%，空气和水质许可及天然气管道审批仍存在延误。随后，新墨西哥州最高法院一致驳回了两项针对项目许可的法律挑战，清除了部分建设障碍，空气质量许可听证可继续推进，项目也可在暂停三周多后恢复从Santa Teresa水井取水。Stifel同时指出，空气质量听证目前尚未确定审查员和具体日期。此前甲骨文2027财年第一季度营收和每股收益均超预期，云基础设施业务保持高速增长，但利润率压力仍是市场关注重点。
