Red Avenue New Materials Group (SHA:603650, HKG:9607) is undertaking work in relation to its listing application with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The China-based new materials provider published the prospectus for the potential offering on Monday, Sept. 21.
The company's shares dropped 3% during the morning trade.
