　　港股上市公司卓珈控股（01827.HK）于上周五（9月18日）进行股东周年大会，前TVB明星黎姿（黎珈而）以公司董事会主席兼CEO的身份亲自主持。

　　根据公司于7月23日披露的最新财年年度报告显示，黎姿的简历如下：

　　黎珈而女士（前名黎姿），54岁，为执行董事、董事会主席兼行政总裁。彼亦为提名委 员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。彼负责本集团的整体管理、品牌及策略计划、市场推广及 发展。黎珈而女士于2009年7月加入本集团，于2016年7月6日获委任为董事，并于2016年12月19日调任为执行董事并获委任为董事会主席兼行政总裁。彼亦是本集团若干附属公司的董事。

　　创立本集团之前，黎珈而女士于1985年至2008年活跃于电影及电视演艺界。彼于2008年末退出电影及电视演艺工作，自此全力在医学美容服务行业发展业务。

　　根据股权披露，黎姿（黎珈而）目前持有公司的68.75%股权。

　　卓珈控股，于2017年1月10日在港交所创业板上市（当时股票代码08358.HK），后于2019年2月18日转到香港主板挂牌上市。截至周一（9月21日）收市，其总市值约3.84亿港元。
