欧洲央行首席经济学家菲利普·莱恩（Philip Lane）周二表示，推高油气价格的能源冲击持续时间可能长于欧洲央行3月份的预期，因为地缘政治风险目前看来再次加剧。
莱恩在一次采访中表示：“因此，我们认为这第二波能源价格上涨将导致通胀水平更高且更具粘性，随后通胀才会从2027年年中开始回落至我们的目标水平。”
当被问及是否观察到对其他价格（如电力或服务价格）的溢出效应时，莱恩表示：“到目前为止——即从2月至今——我们尚未观察到这种情况，这是个好消息。然而，我们目前看到的第二轮能源价格上涨，很可能会给食品价格、更广泛的能源价格（包括电力）以及各类商品价格带来上行压力。相比之下，服务价格面临的压力应当会保持在相对可控的范围内。”
