路透纽约9月22日 - 据路透看到的该公司内部帖子显示，Meta META.O 一直在为其新推出的个人人工智能助手“Muse”测试一项“人工礼宾服务”，该服务要求由人类承包商悄悄处理通过该数字助手拨出的一些电话。
其中一篇帖子显示，Facebook和Instagram的母公司上周向员工通报了此次测试，此前不久，该公司刚刚公开发布了Muse的电话通话功能。
部分员工对人工客服处理电话一事提出了隐私担忧，警告称这可能会导致敏感信息无意中被泄露给呼叫中心的承包商。
当被问及该功能时，Meta发言人表示，员工的反馈“压倒性地积极”，此次测试的目的是“收集反馈，以便我们在公开发布前实施安全和隐私保护措施并改进功能”。
“我们正与商家合作，持续改进这一潜在的通话功能，只有在功能准备就绪并进行适当披露后，才会将其推出，”发言人丹尼尔·罗伯茨表示。
