Syntara Receives AU$4.7 Million R&D Tax Incentive Refund for Fiscal 2026; Shares Rise 9%

Syntara (ASX:SNT) received its research and development (R&D) tax incentive refund of AU$4.7 million for eligible activities conducted during fiscal 2026, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The company said the Australian Government's R&D Tax Incentive program encourages businesses to undertake research and development activities, providing eligible companies with cash refunds for 43.5% to 48.5% of eligible expenditure.

The company's shares rose 9% in recent Monday trade.
