FMR Resources (ASX:FMR) signed a conditional share sale and purchase agreement to sell its Fairfield project in Canada to MFM Resources, agreeing to sell all issued share capital in Canadian Future Metals for AU$200,000 in fully paid ordinary shares in MFM, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The company said the share price will be calculated using the capital raising price accompanying MFM's proposed ASX listing, with Canadian Future Metals, via its unit Canada Future Metals, the 100% holder of Fairfield.

FMR has previously flagged its future focus on its Chilean portfolio and the potential disposal of Fairfield.
