消息面上，近期，阿里健康公告高层发生人事变动。宣布余涌已获委任为执行董事、董事会主席、首席执行官、提名委员会主席及授权代表。同时，阿里健康公布了沈涤凡已辞任董事会主席、首席执行官、提名委员会主席及授权代表的消息，但沈涤凡仍担任执行董事，将投入更多时间推动阿里巴巴集团的人工智能业务在医疗健康领域的应用，同时将继续带领阿里健康氢离子、追溯码业务发展。
美银证券指出，虽然公司近期出现人事变动，更换行政总裁，但预料医疗AI及全渠道药品零售仍将是其首要策略，可强化长远竞争力及增长。该行将阿里健康2027财年收入及经调整纯利预测分别下调4%，至同比增长9%至374亿元人民币及同比跌10%至21亿元人民币，主要受到平台补贴减少及非药品类别销售较弱的影响。
