消息面上，据路透报道，美国财政部正在起草针对生物技术对华投资的新规则。与美国国会部分议员此前主张的广泛限制不同，正在讨论的方案可能重点限制病原体以及可能被武器化的生物技术。意味着新规不会一刀切封禁全部生物医药跨境交易，肿瘤ADC、双抗等常规抗癌创新药，允许海外药企收购管线、开展授权BD合作。
