9月21日消息，近日，有媒体报道称，方女士（化姓）和丈夫入住上海某4000多元一晚的酒店，9月19日凌晨12点半左右，两人出门吃夜宵，由于当时下暴雨，方女士担心自己爱马仕包被淋坏，便委托酒店工作人员将包送回房间内，“结果凌晨两点多我们回酒店的时候，发现包被挂在门把手上，我当时挺生气的，因为我的证件、银行卡都在包里，万一被人拿走就麻烦了。”

　　随后，方女士向酒店询问此事，酒店值班经理向她道歉，称因为房间开了勿扰模式，工作人员才未将包放入，并提出赠送伴手礼、减免房费等补偿措施，方女士拒绝了减免房费的提议，希望酒店能加强管理。

　　据报道，涉事酒店为上海中心J酒店，是一家位于上海中心大厦内的豪华酒店。对于上述事件，上海中心J酒店客服回应《BUG》栏目表示，“这件事我们在跟客人联系中，然后也已经向客人道过歉。其他信息的话，因为是关于客人的隐私保护，我们不便对外透露。”

　　公开信息显示，上海中心J酒店中位于120层的“天之锦”餐厅作为全球最高餐厅，于2022年2月获吉尼斯世界纪录“建筑物中最高的餐厅”称号。该酒店由锦江国际集团、上海城投和上海建工联合打造，2010年启动规划，2020年12月28日开始内部试运营，其“J”标识融合白玉兰图案与锦江拼音首字母，酒店内陈设包含上千件艺术作品，并配备24小时定制私人管家服务及智能客房系统。
